1. The arrival of shipment will take how many days ?
The arrival time for the shipment is dependant on the destination along with the mode transport used for the shipment. Generally, it takes around 30 days for a sea shipment, 8-10 days for air shipment and 5-7 days if the shipment is sent through a courier. However, during the time of purchase , if the selected rugs were under production, then the time taken , for the shipment to be dispatched will depend on the volume of the order.
2. Can the rugs which are shown as 'out of stock' on your website get manufactured and shipped ?
For ‘Out of Stock’ rugs please contact us at jaipur@jaipurrugsco.com. We will contact you at the earliest.
3. How can the status of the shipment get tracked ?
After a purchase is made and your order is received by us, we will send a confirmation e-mail. Once the order is shipped, we will send an email with the shipping details. We will inform you when the product gets delivered to your location. To ensure that all the orders are delivered safely and on time, we work with select & reputed courier agencies only. All orders are shipped with high quality packing material to ensure safety of the rugs.
4. How will the order get shipped ?
Based on your preferred choice, the shipment is dispatched through any of the following modes :- via courier, air or sea. We are dedicated to getting your shipment delivered within the assured time.
5. Will I be charged shipping cost?
Yes. The shipping cost is exclusive of the prices of rugs as displayed on the website. The cost calculation is usually done through a nominator set according to the location of delivery and the preferred mode of shipment. Please note that the prices mentioned on the website are FOB Mumbai/Delhi prices.
6. How can I receive the shipment on an address different from the billing address?
